1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the 88fd platform and anyone who uses its services. Registering an account on the platform means you fully accept all terms of this agreement.

1.2 Age Requirement

88fd is available only to users aged 21 and above. No minor is permitted to open an account. If age cannot be verified, the account will be closed immediately, and the account holder bears full responsibility for any use by a minor.

1.3 Right to Amend Terms

88fd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. You are encouraged to review this page regularly.

1.4 Applicable Law

This agreement and its interpretation are governed by applicable international online gaming laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to reach a resolution through discussion.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If a person opens multiple accounts, 88fd reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any funds held within them. Accounts operated from the same device or IP address may also be treated as multiple accounts.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Any unauthorized use of your account or security breach must be reported to 88fd immediately. 88fd will not be liable for any losses resulting from third-party access.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

88fd may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until this process is complete. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account closure.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 88fd is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests are processed only after full verification. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC has not been completed.

3.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that any funds they deposit come from entirely legitimate sources. If 88fd suspects money laundering, it reserves the right to suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on 88fd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not available, and no currency conversion facility is currently offered.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 or more will attract the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets (৳2,000 × 15) before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The bonus will be cancelled if the requirement is not met.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may use each bonus offer only once.
• Cash funds will be used before bonus funds when placing bets.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from bonus funds become withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• 88fd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be closed.

4.4 VIP Program

The 88fd VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and up to 1.0% weekly cashback at Diamond. VIP tier benefits and conditions are subject to change.

5.1 Fraud & Manipulation

• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game.
• Using bots, automated software, or other unauthorized technology.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

5.2 Technical Violations

• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Transmitting viruses or harmful code.
• Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Copying or distributing platform content without authorization.

5.3 Abusive Conduct

Offensive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward other users or 88fd staff is strictly prohibited. Such behavior may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

10.3 Steps Following Account Closure

After an account is closed, legitimate funds will be returned, provided the reason for closure was not a breach of rules or fraud. In cases of rule violations, funds may be forfeited.
